Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. There is no expiry date. Please note that sharing digital files with others is strictly prohibited.
Shipping
Processing Time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Custom items can vary between 2 weeks to 6 months. The shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS. Thank you for understanding!
Returns and Exchanges
Digital PDF Patterns:
In case of an accidental digital download, a refund cannot be issued. This is to protect the shop as well as all fiber artists' patterns. Believe it or not, there are countless occurrences made daily by people who are just looking to get paid patterns for free. Please read each item description carefully before purchasing.
Custom Orders:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for these.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
