WITCH’S BREW

In Green yarn

*Note: Yarn over for this portion of the pattern. This will create a smoother texture.

Join Green yarn in one of the remaining front loops from rnd 13. [img 2]

*Caption: Lighter colors are shown for better visibility.

*Note: Next, we will use a technique that creates a clean, straight color change instead of a zigzag. These two rnds will appear as one, so they are labeled as “a” and “b” within the same rnd.

Rnd 1a: (blo) loosely slst all around [18]

*Note: In the next rnd, make regular decreases instead of invisible decreases

Rnd 1b: (blo) (2 sc, dec) x6 [18]

Stuff.

Rnd 2: sc, dec, bo5, dec, sc, dec, bo5, dec, (sc, dec) x2 [12]

*Note: Push the bobbles out.

Rnd 3: bo4, sc, (dec) x5 [7]

Fasten off and leave a 6 in. [~15 cm] yarn tail.

Stuff one last time using tweezes to get into the narrow opening.

Use the yarn needle to weave through the flo and pull the hole closed.

Weave in the remaining yarn tails. [img 3-4]

BONUS IDEAS

  • Make these cauldrons into a cute garland by stringing them up with pom poms. Here, I used the yellow Clover pom pom maker and made 6 pom poms and 5 cauldrons. The color combinations are endless! [img 5-6]
