  • Clover Amour Hook Set

-Hands down the BEST hooks for amigurumi. I've tried a LOT!

-Less friction on the shaft for faster crocheting

    -Cute colors, ergonomic handles

-For the quality, it is super inexpensive and will be the only set you'll need to invest in

  • 10mm Hook

-If you prefer not to get the set... this is my go-to hook for my giant amigurumi (when I'm using #7 jumbo chenille yarn)

  • 8mm hook

-Similarly, this is my other go-to hook for my jumbo amigurumi (when I'm using #6 super bulky blanket yarn)

  • Poly-Fil Stuffing

-I've tested a lot of stuffing and this is my fave!

-Light/fluffy, needle won't get stuck when sewing pieces as with other brands I've tried

  • Scissors

    -Extra sharp blades

-Pointy, sturdy blades for detailed felt cutting (which several of my patterns call for)

    -Protective sheath for easy traveling

-Other brands I've used start out great but quickly get dull within a couple of months.

  • Darning Needles

    -Sturdy, doesn't warp/snap over time

    -Convenient case for storage

  • Giant Amigurumi Darning Needle

-Larger eyelets to feed jumbo yarn through

    -Sturdy, doesn't warp/snap over time

  • Felt

-Stiff, paper-like felt with minimal fuzz

-Easier to cut crisp, clean details

    -Lots of color options

  • Pipe Cleaners

-I use these in several of my patterns for structure (ex. Giant Spider, boba straw, tails of animals, etc.)

-Great variety of color that blend if they peek through your stitches

  • Safety Eyes (regular amigurumi)

    -Best value

    -Strong backings

  • Safety Eyes (giant amigurumi)

    -Best value

    -Strong backings

  • Fabric Glue

    -Non-stringy

-Metal tube allows for no air for easier application as you use more of the product unlike other bottles

    -Strong adhesion

  • Hot Glue + Glue Sticks

    -Strong adhesion

    -Quick heating time

-Non-drip tip (my cheaper guns always end up leaking over time)

  • Tweezers

-Crucial for working with small felt details/fabric glue

    -Allows for precise application

    -Sturdy
